can of kidney beans, rinsed and drained Toast bread. Combine beans, tomatoes, onion and garlic into medium bowl. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and parsley (or dill). Gently mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on top of toasted bread. Serves 2-3 |
